Mark Millet, MSN, RN, NRP-IC
Mark Millet, MSN, RN, NRP-IC joined RPH Life safety Consultants, LLC in December of 2025.
Mark Millet, MSN, RN, NRP-IC has been committed to educating the next generation of emergency care providers since beginning his EMS career in 1988. What first motivated him to teach wasn’t a love of the classroom—it was the fear of forgetting something critical during a life-threatening call. Becoming an ACLS and PALS instructor quickly proved to be the perfect solution, allowing him to strengthen his own skills while ensuring others learned in a way that was memorable, engaging, and fun. As his confidence and passion grew, so did his teaching portfolio, expanding to include initial EMS training and refresher courses at every certification level.
Over the decades, Mark continued to advance his clinical expertise. He later became a Registered Nurse and earned multiple board certifications, including Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), Trauma Certified Registered Nurse (TCRN), and Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse (CPEN). His dedication to trauma education led him to become an instructor for the Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN). Most recently, Mark completed his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Education through Western Governors University, further strengthening his commitment to high-quality, learner-centered instruction.
Today, Mark remains actively involved in frontline emergency care. He serves with a busy EMS system in the Metro Boston region and works at a Level I trauma center in Boston, ensuring his teaching is always grounded in real-world practice and current clinical realities.
Outside of work, Mark is happiest exploring the world with his wife and best friend, sampling local foods, and collecting memories from every corner of the globe. At home, he treasures time with his grandsons and the joyful chaos brought by his two beloved rescue pugs—Sir Neville Pugbottom and HRH Luna Lovepug.
