Scott founded and led the nation's largest industrial refrigeration compliance organization, with a focus on risk management and regulatory compliance for the last twenty years, and is recognized as a transformational and executive leader with expertise in Risk Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Compliance, and Process Safety Management. He has national experience with client representation regarding EPA and OSHA regulatory actions, workplace fatalities, and ammonia regulatory compliance. His work followed an accomplished career in public safety and hazardous materials response, including serving as the Deputy Director of Hazardous Materials Response for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. His extensive experience across nearly every major industry and workplace environment brings practicality, clarity, and authority to his regulatory approach.
